Mark's linewidth paper published in Phys Rev. B
We explore the relationship between nitrogen implantation and optical linewidths in NV centers. We find that NV centers formed from naturally occurring nitrogen leads to narrow linewidths. Additionally, we develop a statistical model to describe our results and to aid comparisons of different NV center formation methods.
